Maxican Burnt Corn Salad
Ingredients:
- Sweet corn kernels 11/2 cup
- White onions 1 no.
- Capsicum 1 no.
- Tomato 1 no.
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt To taste
- Salad oil 2 tsp
- Lime juice 1 tsp
- Chilly pow 2 pinch
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan until it smokes.
- Add the corn kernels & go on stirring until they are slightly burnt.
- Add the remaining oil, onion & capsicum & cook for a minute, remove.
- Mix the corn kernels, onion, capsicum, tomato & salt.
- Pour the dressing on top & serve immediately.
- It can also be served cold.
